Available Resources
The Veterinary Science Library provides access to print and online resources related to veterinary science topics.
Print Resources To gain access to available print resources, one should physically visit the Veterinary Science in the Faculty of Veterinary Science at Mount Pleasant Campus. One can search titles of interest through the University of Zimbabwe Library catalogue to identify and locate the print collections housed in the Vet Library.
Online Databases To support the blended learning adopted by University of Zimbabwe, access to online databases is provided to students, academics and researchers. The Veterinary Science Library is accessible to valid University of Zimbabwe students and employees, veterinarians, and Zimbabwe Veterinary Association members. |
Opening Hours
In the light of existing COVID-19 pandemic guidelines; the operating hours for Veterinary Science Library are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 0900 hrs to 1630 hrs. Friday: 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs.
Closed: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays |

When accessing the Veterinary Science Library, library patrons are expected to follow the COVID-19 protocols listed below:
