The Library website provides a gateway to all the available resources and services available to support all the five missions (Teaching and Learning, Research, Community Outreach, Innovation and Industrialisation) of the Heritage-based Education 5.0. The Library website provides a platform for ubiquitous access to a suite of electronic resources that include e-books and e-journals. You can access and download full text multidisciplinary scholarly resources available to support all your Modules and research endeavours here at the University of Zimbabwe. Interestingly, you can view bibliographic records of all the available print resources via the Library Catalogue.
The Library provides an assortment of training services that include literature discovery, reference management, data management, scholarly publishing, research impact tracking and research collaboration. We aim to cover the diverse needs of our clientele so whether you are an early career researcher or seasoned researcher, our team of experts is there to offer bespoke research support services. You can access computers with Internet connection in all the University of Zimbabwe Libraries. Most of the Study Spaces are equipped with Bring Your Own Device(BOYD) facilities that allow patrons to connect to the Internet using their personal computers, tablets or smartphones.
The Library provides inside and outside serene study spaces that allow for individual and collaborative studying. I am encouraging you all to utilise all these spaces for academic and research excellence.
